Terms of sale

All our reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. For direct telephone bookings, no direct debit is made before arrival, however the hotel can pre-authorize the amount of the first night. For reservations made through an intermediary, refer to their pricing conditions.

Payment for the stay is to be made on arrival.

Cancellation and Modification

The cancellation or modification period without charges is 48 hours before your arrival day (2:00 pm), except for non-refundable offer. Beyond this period, the amount of the first night will be charged.

Any started stay is fully due.

No-show: in case of no-show without prior cancellation, the entire stay will be charged.

No smoking

All our rooms are "non-smoking". If a guest smokes in the room, the management reserves the right to apply additional charge equal to the amount of a night'stay after his departure in compensation for the inabilty to rent the room the following night.

In the event of degradation or improper use of the furnitures, an additional cost may be applied.


Pets are not allowed.

Parking information

Our customers can benefit from a preferential rate with the car park Indigo Saint Etienne, located around 200 meters from the hotel : 15€ for 16 hours parking and 20€ for 24 hours parking.

How it works: take a ticket when entering into the parking as usual and keep it with you. The reduced rate payment ticket will be purchased directly at the hotel front desk when you will pay for your stay. This ticket must then be inserted at the automatic cashier before collecting your vehicle.

Warning : It is essential to disactivate your electronic toll payment before entering into the car park. Unfortunately, if you take a payment ticket at the hotel but your electronic toll is activated when entering and/or exiting the car park, neither the parking company nor the hotel will be able to refund you.


We bring to your attention that the hotel is located in an old building without elevator and not compliant with accessibility for people with reduced mobility. (Derogation n ° 13Z0456 of 03/21/2014)


In the event of a dispute with the Hotel Croix Baragnon, if the amicable appeal does not lead to a satisfactory solution for you, as a consumer, you can contact the tourism and travel mediator.
